Young people (16+) and other ages where commissioned.

Our services primarily support young people aged 16 and above, particularly those navigating critical transitions into further education, training, employment, or independent living. This age group often faces complex emotional, social, and behavioural challenges that are not always expressed verbally. We work with individuals who may be disengaged from education, at risk of exclusion, experiencing low confidence, struggling with emotional regulation, or facing barriers related to trauma, neurodiversity, or social disadvantage.

Using Adaptive Mentoring and Progress Advising, we focus on understanding each young person beyond spoken communication. By observing body language, tone, patterns of behaviour, and emotional energy, we identify underlying needs and respond with tailored, practical strategies. Support is outcome-focused and includes goal setting, confidence building, decision-making skills, employability readiness, and sustained engagement. Progress is reviewed regularly and adapted to ensure measurable and meaningful outcomes aligned with commissioning objectives.

Where commissioned, we also work with younger adolescents (typically 11–15) who require early intervention to prevent escalation of behavioural, emotional, or educational difficulties. For this group, our work focuses on emotional literacy, self-awareness, positive behaviour development, and engagement with learning, delivered in a developmentally appropriate and safeguarding-led manner.

Additionally, subject to commissioning requirements, we support young adults beyond 18, including those up to 25 years old, particularly care leavers, individuals with additional needs, or those requiring extended transition support. For this group, mentoring is oriented toward independence, sustained employment or education, life skills, and long-term personal stability.

Across all age ranges, our delivery is person-centred, trauma-informed, and outcome-driven, with clear reporting, measurable progress indicators, and close collaboration with commissioning bodies, families, and partner agencies. Our flexible model allows us to adapt intensity, methods, and objectives to meet the specific needs of each commissioned cohort.
